Procal Electronics India Limited is a BSE-listed public company incorporated in 1992. The company was originally engaged in the manufacture and marketing of electronic calculators, diaries, organizers, and other electronic products, with manufacturing facilities in Gujarat and Silvassa. It had also entered into a strategic collaboration with Japan’s CBM Corporation to manufacture and market Citizen-branded electronic calculators in India. It pioneerd chip on board technology for electronic products and has manufactured and/or distributed several brands including Philips, Bistec, Casio etc .

Over time, besides manufacturing, the company diversified into trading and distribution activities of polymers across twh western region of India.
